1. Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure for conducting the inspection by the Public auditing service, its interregional territorial authorities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 20, 2006 No. 550 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 16, Art. 1206; 2008, No. 80, Art. 2689; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2684; 2013, No. 61, Art. 2190; 2016, No. 100, the Art. 3261), having replaced word in paragraph ten "divisions of tax police of GFS" with the words "Bureau of Economic Safety".
2. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of Item 5 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of January 28, 2021 No. 1150-IX "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine", but not earlier than day of its publication.
