About modification of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state awards of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state awards of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 21, Art. 162; 2001, No. 33, Art. 173; 2006, No. 45, Art. 442; 2021, 27, the Art. 229) to add No. with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the State award of Ukraine of Miroslav Skorik - for powerful contribution to development of musical art of Ukraine and implementation of the latest unusual the practician in composer, performing, musicological activities".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.

3. Recommend to the President of Ukraine to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law and to issue acts which follow from it.
