2. Subscribers are:

3. Rules provide the rights of subscribers to use of gas of proper quality, ensuring at the same time safety of their life and health, determines procedure for accession of objects to gas supply systems, calculations for use of gas, obligations of the Parties, guarantees and property responsibility, and also the mechanism of realization of the specified rights and relevant requirements.

4. Rules act on all territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and are obligatory for the companies of gas economy servicing settlements and also for all subscribers irrespective of departmental subordination and patterns of ownership.
