For the purpose of implementation of the Law "About Social Security of Disabled People in the Republic of Uzbekistan", providing to disabled people of opportunities, equal with all other citizens of Uzbekistan, in implementation of the rights and freedoms, the Cabinet of Ministers decides creations of conditions for full-fledged conduct of life:

1. Ceased to be valid.

2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on construction:

in case of development of republican regulating documents according to the layout and building of the inhabited places, designing and construction of buildings and constructions of different function to provide accounting of social and functional requirements of disabled people;

perform in 1993-1994 development of standard projects of apartment houses with apartments on 1 floor for families with disabled people and the centers of social servicing of disabled people.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to provide placement of specialized apartment houses and the centers of social servicing of disabled people when planning building of residential districts, quarters and other residential educations and reconstruction of public buildings and constructions of different function taking into account functional requirements and specifics of life activity of disabled people.

To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Social Welfare, the Main State Tax Administration, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics in a month to approve the relevant documents on accounting treatment, control of accomplishment of item 4 of this resolution.
