About modification of some Orders of the Government and recognition voided some regulations

Based on article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 760/2010 about public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 150-152, 832), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 29 to add 1) with subitems 9-1) and 9-2) of the following content:

"9-1) approves contractual conditions of use of the government electronic services which are in ownership of the Agency;

9-2) enters technical technology solutions for management of the agreements concerning use of the government electronic services which are in ownership of the Agency;";

The subitem 2) to state 2) in Item 34 in the following edition:

"2) the grants received from the government budget through the founder;".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1090/2013 about government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass) (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 4-8, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

In all text of the word "technical and technological operator" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words 1) "the technical administrator" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in the resolution:

a) in item 4 5) to declare the subitem invalid;

b) add with Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the following content:

"4-1. Other public bodies and organizations, except specified in Item 4, and non-profit organizations which according to article 22 of the Law No. 86/2020 on non-profit organizations were given the status of public usefulness, can use free of charge, according to this resolution, government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass).
