No. 176-181, 1477), and Decisions of Council for the compensated medicines No. D/07-04/02-05 of 24.09.2021. We order:

1. In the joint Order of the Ministry of Health and National medical insurance company No. 600/320-A of 24.07.2015. "About the mechanism of inclusion of medicines in system of compensation from funds of compulsory medical insurance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 247-252 1629), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The subitem 2) the words "and the fixed maximum amounts" to exclude 1) in the text of the order in Item 1;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) the words "Ministry of Health, Work and Social Protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 5-2 5) to declare the subitem invalid;

c) in Items 52 and 58 of the word "and the fixed maximum amounts" to recognize invalid;

d) in Item 52 shall be replaced with words the word "annually" "once a half-year";

e) in Item 55 3) to declare the subitem invalid;
