According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Establish payment for issue of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities in the amount of ten free minima of the income of citizens, and for issue of the repeated certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities - in the amount of 50 percent of this amount.
The payment for issue of the certificate on the right to occupation and for issue of the repeated certificate is set off by notarial activities in the Government budget of Ukraine.
The duplicates of certificates issued earlier by the Ministry of Justice about the right to occupation or damaged affect with notarial activities replacement of lost and are not subject to replacement by repeated certificates.
