About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970
Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 "About road transport and motor transportations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 278-Z
1. Bring in the Rules of motor transportations of loads approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970, the following changes:
in Item 335-1:
in the paragraph the second part one of the word "the head of automobile carrier-the legal entity, automobile carrier-the individual entrepreneur or the regular specialist (specialists) of automobile carrier responsible (responsible)" shall be replaced with words "person (persons) responsible (responsible)";
in word part four "the head of automobile carrier - the legal entity, automobile carrier - the individual entrepreneur, the regular specialist of the automobile carrier responsible" shall be replaced with words "faces (persons) responsible (responsible)";
in Item 335-2:
to add part one paragraph two after the word "other" with the word "long-term";
