About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2006 No. 367

Based on part nine of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way of financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 165-Z

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling, representation, registration, accounting and storage of special forms of registration of the financial transactions which are subject to special control approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2006 No. 367, the following changes:

1.1. add Item 6 with part of the following content:

"In case of refusal of the organization in opening of the account, the conclusion of the contract for implementation of financial transactions in writing on the second leaf of the special form data on this organization, on the subsequent sheets - the information about her representative (representatives) and the beneficial owner (owners) are specified.";

1.2. in the paragraph the second part one of Item 16 of the word "licenses for the right of implementation of lawyer activities in the register of special permissions (licenses) of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus issued to the lawyers performing lawyer activities in legal advice bureaus" shall be replaced with words "special permission (license) for the right of implementation of lawyer activities in the Unified register of licenses";

1.3. in Item 25:
