RESOLUTION OF THE STATE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2018 No. 11

Based on Item 1 of article 126 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2018 No. 11 "About technical means of customs control and procedure for their application" the following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on Item 1 of article 126 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. to exclude from Item 1 of the word "to this resolution";

1.3. in appendix to this resolution:

 add Item 7 with subitem 7.4 of the following content:

 

"7.4

moisture content measuring instruments";

 

 add Item 13 with subitem 13.4 of the following content:

 

"13.4

calipers".
