About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning stimulation of activities of farms

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 31 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, 27) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 3-4, in the following edition:

"Article 31. Farm earth

1. The earth of farm can consist from:

1) the parcels of land belonging to citizens - to members of farm on the property right, uses;

2) the parcels of land belonging to farm on the property right, uses".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About farm" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 45, Art. 363 with subsequent changes):

Articles 9 and 11 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 9. Assistance to farms

1. To newly created farms during formation (the first three years after its creation), to farms, including with the isolated farmer estates, to family farms, farms which perform economic activity and are located in mountain settlements, in the Polesia territories determined in accordance with the established procedure by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the help at the expense of means of the government budget, including through the Ukrainian state fund of support of farms is provided, and also it can be provided at the expense of means of local budgets.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine annually provides funds for support of farms in the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine.

Local executive bodies and local government bodies annually can provide funds for support of farms in drafts of local budgets.

2. The procedure for use of means of the Government budget of Ukraine for provision of support to farms affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Additional state support according to the procedure, provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine", including on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance is provided to farms with the status of family farms.
