About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 36

Based on Item 2 of Article 7, of Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 "About legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus" and the paragraph of the fifth subitem 6.21 of Item 6, parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 334-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 36 "About the Register of lawyers, lawyer bureaus, legal advice bureaus" the following changes:

from the name and paragraphs two and third Item 1 of the word "lawyer bureaus," to exclude;

To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for maintaining the Register of lawyers, lawyer bureaus, legal advice bureaus approved by this resolution it (is applied);

in the Instruction about procedure for inclusion of lawyers of foreign states in the Register of lawyers, lawyer bureaus, legal advice bureaus approved by this resolution:

from the name and Item 1 of the word "lawyer bureaus," to exclude;

in Item 12:

in parts one, the second and fourth" (in case of its availability)" shall be replaced with words words "(if that is available)";

in part three:

in paragraphs one, the third, seventh and eighth" (in case of its availability)" shall be replaced with words words "(if that is available)";

in paragraphs five and pole of the word "phone number" shall be replaced with words "contact telephone number";

in appendix 1 to this Instruction:

from signature stamp and the text of the word "lawyer bureaus," to exclude;
