RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 35

Based on item 4 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 334-Z "About legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus", parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 35 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for passing of training by the citizens of the Republic of Belarus intending to become lawyers and recognition No. 10 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 2008" the following changes:

state the name in the following edition:

"About passing of training by persons intending to become lawyers";

in preamble of the word "years" and "Item 11" to replace respectively with the words "No. 334-Z" and "Item 11 parts one";

in Item 1:

"enclosed" to exclude the word;

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

in the Instruction about procedure for passing of training by the citizens of the Republic of Belarus intending to become lawyers approved by this resolution:

from Item 1 of the word", lawyer bureau or at the lawyer performing lawyer activities individually" to exclude;

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. On the applicants who are on training (further - the lawyer's trainees), provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus", Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer, this Instruction and charters of the relevant territorial Bars expatiate.";

state Item 5 in the following edition:
