According to Article 6 and Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", to the paragraph to the second "About enforcement proceeding" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED parts four of article 61 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Determine that realization of property of the debtor during implementation of enforcement proceeding on which the bank acts as the claimant temporary administration or liquidation of which is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", it is performed according to the Procedure for realization of distrained property approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2831/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2016 for No. 1301/29431.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
