Article 3

3.1. add with Article 43.7-1 of the following content:

"43.7-1. About acquisition by the mortgage holder of subject of mortgage in case of the announcement of repeated auction not taken place the mortgage holder and the organizer of auction within 30 calendar days sign the protocol which is equivalent to the agreement.";
