About approval of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of charitable organizations

In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About charity and charitable organizations" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of charitable organizations which are applied.

2. To the Ministry of Justice to carry out by November 30, 1998 re-registration of all set-up charity foundations without collection of payment.

Activities of associations of citizens as charity foundations are not allowed if the re-registration to the specified term will not be carried out them.

Regulations on procedure for state registration of charitable organizations

This Provision determines conditions and procedure for state registration of All-Ukrainian, local and international charitable organizations, and also departments, branches, representative offices of All-Ukrainian and international charitable organizations according to the Law of Ukraine "About charity and charitable organizations".

1. Charitable organizations are formed and are effective by the territorial principle and are divided according to the status on All-Ukrainian, local and international.

2. State registration is performed:
