1.1. state Article 2.0.1 in the following edition:

"2.0.1. in case of submission of the action for declaration, other statement or claim in court, repeated issue of the copy of court resolution;";

1.2. at the end of Article 2.0.23 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Article 2.0.24 of the following content:

"2.0.24. in case of issue of the certificate for implementation of activities as the private court expert.";

1.3. under Article 4:

1.3.1. in article 4.1 of figure "4.1-4" to replace with figures "4.1-5";

1.3.2. state Article 4.1-5 in the following edition:

"4.1-5. 50 percent of the state fees (no more than 5000 manats on each paid state fee), the stipulated in Article 8 these Laws, for the purpose of strengthening of social protection and improvement of material security of workers of offices of the relevant courts are transferred respectively into treasurer accounts of the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic, Appeal Courts and the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority, and other part - in the government budget.";

1.3.3. add with Article 4.1-6 of the following content:

"4.1-6. Procedure for use of the means provided by Articles 4.1 and 4.1-1 - 4.1-5 these Laws, affirm the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority.";

1.4. state Article 8 in the following edition:

"Article 8. Rates of the state fee for submission of the action for declaration, other statement or claim court, repeated issue of the copy of court resolution

1.5. under Article 9:

1.5.1. to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 9. Release from the state fee for submission of the action for declaration, other statement or claim in court, repeated issue of the copy of court resolution and feature of payment of the state fee";

1.5.2. state Article 9.1.8 in the following edition:

"9.1.8. the parties - according to the application submitted in connection with recovery of the lost judicial proceedings or production on execution;";

1.5.3. cancel Article 9.1.9 - 9.1.11, 9.1.15 and 9.1.19;

1.5.4. in Article 9.1.12 of the word "citizens, administrative authorities and officials" to replace with the word of "party";

1.5.5. state Article 9.1.13 in the following edition:

"9.1.13. the parties - on the disputes connected with compensation of the damage caused to the physical person as a result of illegal actions of bodies of inquiry, pretrial investigation, prosecutor's office and court;";

1.5.6. in Article 9.1.17 "court" shall be replaced with words the word "other court, except for determinations about suit abatement, leaving of the claim without consideration, imposing of judicial penalties and application of temporary interim measure or refusal in that";

1.6. add with Article 33-7 of the following content:

"Article 33-7. Rates of the state fee collected for issue of the certificate for implementation of activities as the private court expert

Article 2 Transitional provisions

2.1. This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2021.

2.2. Operation of this Law extends to claims and other applications submitted after its entry into force and also to the paid state fee for claims.
