About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on National authority on integrity No. 132/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 245-246, 511), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 7:

in part (1):

c) to state Item in the following edition:

add Article with part (3-1) following of content:

2. Part (Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) the Structure and extreme number Organa are established by the resolution of Parliament according to the offer of Council for integrity.".
