Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. According to the procedure of provision of provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation, No. 274 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 9, 2001 "About provision of provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 16, Art. 1603; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2226; 2017, No. 23, Art. 3330):

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Person who submitted the application, and the members of his family who arrived with it shall undergo obligatory medical examination (further - medical examination) according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Person who submitted the application, and the members of his family who arrived with it are not subject to medical examination in case of its passing according to the subitem 3 of Item 2 of article 6 of the Federal law "About Refugees" within year about day of filing of application.";
