About modification of the Regulations on selection of representatives of civil society of Disciplinary board of judges approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 91/2016

According to h (3) Art. 10 of the Law No. 178/2014 on disciplinary responsibility of judges (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 238-246, 557) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. The regulations on selection of representatives of civil society in Disciplinary board of judges approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 91/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 32-37, Art. 197), to change as follows:

1) in Item 3 the offer "Members of the commission who represent the Ministry of Justice are appointed by the order of the Minister of Justice." to exclude;

2) in Item 6 the offer "All commission sessions, including also interview of candidates, are registered by means of audio." to exclude;

3) Item 7 to add with the text "/video interview.";

4) in the subitem d) Item 13 editing only in the Romanian option;

5) in the subitem c) Item 15 "from which at least 5 years of practice" to exclude the text;

6) in Item 16:

a) the subitem h) to add with the words "according to the requirements established by the Commission";

b) the subitem i) to state in the following edition:

"i) the declaration on integrity, according to appendix No. 3.";

To add 7) with Item 16-1 of the following content:

"16-1. The medical certificate and the certificate of lack of criminal record can be replaced with the declaration under own responsibility according to appendix No. 4."

8) in Item 17 shall be replaced with words the word "Commission" "the secretary of the Commission";
