About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 11, 2011 No. 1 "About some questions of court practice on cases on legalization of income gained from criminal activities":

in Item 1 of the text in word Russian to "national interests" shall be replaced with words "homeland security";

state Item 2 in the following edition:

Crimes, in particular, concern to the main:

in the field of economy (for example, theft, robbery, racketing, robbery, fraud, plunder by assignment or waste, tax avoidance or other obligatory payments);

against procedure for functioning of authorities, management and public associations (for example, taking of a bribe, receipt of illegal remuneration);

against public safety and public order (for example, smuggling, illegal sale of firearms or strong substances, drug trafficking, etc.).
