In the Concept of creation and development of the state integrated management information system by public finance "The electronic budget" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2011 No. 1275-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 31, Art. 4773; 2015, No. 28, Art. 4228; 2017, No. 11, Art. 1573; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8638):

a) to state the paragraph of the seventh of Section 2 in the following edition:

b) to state the paragraph of the twenty seventh of Section 4 in the following edition:

"The subsystem of purchasing management is intended for maintaining scheduled plans of purchases of goods, works and services for ensuring federal needs and maintaining the registers provided by the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs", containing the data which are the state secret.".
