About approval of requirements to programs of agricultural insurance

Requirements to programs of agricultural insurance

1. This document establishes requirements to programs of agricultural insurance (further - the program) for the purpose of rendering the state support to agricultural producers taking into account features of separate industries of agricultural industry.

2. The program shall provide:

a) development of the agricultural insurance performed with the state support (further - agricultural insurance);

b) availability of the program for agricultural producers;

c) scope the program of objects of agricultural insurance and (or) agricultural risks in case of which insurance rendering the state support to agricultural producers taking into account features of separate industries of agricultural industry is performed.

3. The program is developed for the term of at least 3 years.

4. The program shall include:

a) passport of the program;

b) procedure for rendering the state support in the field of agricultural insurance;

c) list of objects of agricultural insurance;

d) agricultural risks in case of which insurance rendering the state support is performed;

e) requirements to the agreement of agricultural insurance;

e) conditions of provision of subsidies;

g) the forecasted demand on the program from agricultural producers;

h) assessment of the regulatory framework necessary for functioning and development of the program.
