Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2013 No. 546 "About check of reliability of data on property and obligations of property nature outside the territory of the Russian Federation, about expenses according to each transaction on acquisition of the real estate objects, vehicles, securities and shares represented by candidates on elections to public authorities, elections of heads of municipal districts and heads of city districts and also political parties in connection with introduction to the President of the Russian Federation of offers on candidates for position of the management official (the head of the supreme executive body of the government) of the subject of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 23, Art. 2892; No. 49, the Art. 6399), in Regulations on check of reliability of data on property and obligations of property nature outside the territory of the Russian Federation, about expenses according to each transaction on acquisition of the real estate objects, vehicles, securities and shares represented by candidates on elections to public authorities, elections of heads of municipal districts and heads of city districts and also political parties in connection with introduction to the President of the Russian Federation of offers on candidates for position of the management official (the head of the supreme executive body of the government) of the subject of the Russian Federation, in reference form of the real estate belonging to the candidate, his spouse (spouse) and minor children which is outside the territory of the Russian Federation of sources of receipt of means at the expense of which the specified property is acquired, about their obligations of property nature outside the territory of the Russian Federation represented by the candidate on elections to public authorities, elections of heads of municipal districts and heads of city districts, and to form of the certificate of expenses of the candidate, his spouse (spouse) and minor children according to each transaction on acquisition of the parcel of land, other real estate object, the vehicle, securities, shares (shares, shares in the authorized (share) capital of the organizations) and about sources of receipt of means at the expense of which the transaction is made, represented by the candidate on elections to the public authorities, elections of heads of municipal districts and heads of city districts approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) in the Decree:

to add the name after words of "heads of municipal districts" with words ", heads of municipal districts";

in Item 1:

to add the subitem "an" after words of "heads of municipal districts" with words ", heads of municipal districts";

Bring in the Regulations on procedure for introduction and consideration of offers on candidates for position of the management official (head of the supreme executive body of the government) of the subject of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2013 No. 620 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for introduction and consideration of offers on candidates for position of the management official (the head of the supreme executive body of the government) of the subject of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 28, Art. 3815; 2015, No. 30, Art. 4572; No. 37, Art. 5131; 2017, No. 30, the Art. 4653), change, having added the subitem "zh" of Item 10 after words of "heads of municipal districts" with words ", heads of municipal districts".
