About modification of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies

According to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, to the Law of Ukraine "About National police", to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 6, 2015 No. 1376, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 1, 2015 for No. 1496/27941 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 17 of the Section II of the word and figure "parts one, the second and third Article 130, Article 139, Article part two 156, Articles 173, of 174, of 185, 190 - 195 КУоАП" shall be replaced with words also in figures "130, 139, Article part two 156, Articles 173, 173-4, 174, 183-1, 185, 190 - 195 КУоАП";

To replace 2) in mark to appendix 16 of figure "VII" with figures "VI".

2. To provide to management of public safety, counteraction of crime and providing law and order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (B.'s Lizogub) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
