About introduction of amendments to the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220/2007

Art. I. - In the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 184-187, 711), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 7 to add 1) with Item f) the following content:

"f) information on the vygodopriobretayushchy owner / выгодоприобретающих owners according to the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism No. 308/2017 financing.".

2. Part (4) Article 11 to add with words ", surname and name of the vygodopriobretayushchy owner / выгодоприобретающих owners, its adoptive state.".

3. Part (Article 33 to add 1) with the Item i-3) of the following content:

"i-3) surname, name, personal identification number (IDNP), the residence, phone of the vygodopriobretayushchy owner / выгодоприобретающих the owners determined in the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism No. 308/2017 financing;".

4. Part (2) Article 34-1 to add with words ", surname, name, adoptive state of the vygodopriobretayushchy owner / выгодоприобретающих owners of the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur.".

5. In part (2) Article 36:
