According to article 45 of the Code of Ukraine about subsoil, the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission of Ukraine on inventories of minerals approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.11.2000 of N 1689, for the purpose of establishment of single requirements to procedure for development and reasons for parameters of standards on mineral raw materials for stock counting and resources of solid minerals in subsoil and measure definitions of geological economic evaluations of fields which go for state examination and assessment I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for development and reasons for standards on mineral raw materials for stock counting of solid minerals in subsoil which are applied.

2. To give to the head of department of economy of mineral raw materials of State commission of Ukraine of inventories of minerals Pyzhuk I. P. the Provision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and to provide after state registration replication and posylaniye in organizations and the organizations which perform geological economic evaluation of inventories and resources of mineral deposits or subsoil plots.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
