About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 18 of the Law on the status of personnel of office of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 80/2010 (2010, Art. No. 117-118, 357), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) V departure from provisions of parts (1) and (2) the personnel enlisted for work in office of the Chairman of the parliament, President of the Republic of Moldova, the Prime Minister, the First Deputy Prime Minister, deputy prime ministers and ministers can perform paid activities in administrative boards of the state companies and in councils of joint-stock companies in which the state owns share in the authorized capital.".
Art. II. - Item c) parts (2) article 25 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (2008, 840), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 230-232, in the following edition:
"c) according to individual employment or other civil contract, in economic societies, cooperatives, the state or municipal companies, non-profit organizations of public or private sector which activities are under control, accountable or connected otherwise with competence of body in which it performs activities, except for scientific, teaching, creative activities, activities for participation in the projects of development which are in the field of competence of body in which it performs activities, activities for representative office of the state in economic societies and on representation as the member who is not working at permanent basis in collegiate organs of autonomous bodies of the public power. The procedure for combination of these types of activity with the state position is established by the Government;".
Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
