In accomplishment of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 6, 1997 I ORDER to N1232 "About Measures for Implementation of Identification Numbers of Physical Persons — Taxpayers and Other Obligatory Payments":

1. Approve Regulations on card of physical litsanalogoplatelshchik it (is applied).

2. To the chief of Head department of the state register of physical persons Gritsyuk Z. I. in three-day time to give the specified Provision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.

3. To the head of department in ten-day time after state registration to provide with Kovalenko V. V. cases replication and sending to State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol of the Regulations on card of the physical person - the taxpayer.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of State Tax Administration of Ukraine Savchenko O. Ya.
