About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on article 5 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus and for the purpose of enhancement of the housing relations the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2008 No. 1408 "About special premises of the state housing stock":
in the Regulations on special premises of the state housing stock approved by this resolution:
in Item 58:
in word part one", directed to work abroad (further - representatives of state bodies and organizations)" shall be replaced with words "(further - representatives of state bodies and organizations), directed to work abroad";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"The special premises of short-term accommodation located in the territory of foreign states are intended for accommodation no more than three months:
employees of foreign institutions;
representatives of the state bodies and the organizations directed to work abroad;
employees of state bodies and the organizations *, sent to official journey abroad;
other citizens who are in the state of stay of foreign institution for the purpose of participation in the actions organized with the assistance of foreign institution (further - other citizens).
