About entering of amendments into the Law "About Prosecutor's Office"

Article 1. In article 36 of the Law of November 17, 2017 No. ZR-198 "About prosecutor's office" (further - the Law):

Part 5 after the word "time" to add 1) with words ", and also the reference to the questionnaire about respectability";

To add 2) with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. During the day after order taking the chairman of the qualification commission represents the questionnaire about respectability completed with candidates to the Commission on prevention of corruption for the purpose of obtaining in the twenty-day time of the advisory proceeding. The chairman of the qualification commission after receipt of the conclusion is, at least, than three days before tender, presents him to members of the qualification commission. In case of the positive conclusion of the qualification commission concerning the candidate the advisory proceeding received from the Commission on prevention of corruption is provided also to the Attorney-General.";

To add 3) with part 7.1 following of content:

"7.1. In case of the choice of candidates by the qualification commission members of the commission consider also advisory proceeding about respectability provided concerning the candidate by the Commission on prevention of corruption.".

Article 2. In article 38 of the Law:

Part 3 to add 1) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) the completed questionnaire about respectability provided by the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption" (further - the questionnaire about respectability).";
