About entering of amendments into the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. No. ZR-9 "Regulations of National assembly" (further - the Law) after the words "the documents certifying providing requirements" to add part 3 of article 142 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 with words ", and also the advisory proceeding about respectability provided by the Commission on prevention of corruption".

Article 3. In article 145 of the Law:

1) part 4.1 after the words "the documents certifying providing requirements" to add with words ", and in case with the candidate for Attorney-Generals - also the questionnaire about respectability completed with the candidate";

Part 4.1 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "In case of satisfaction of requirements of the Constitution and the law the chairman of the competent permanent commission of National assembly within one working day represents the completed questionnaire about respectability of the candidate for Attorney-Generals to the Commission on prevention of corruption for the purpose of obtaining within two weeks of the advisory proceeding.";

3) part 5 after the words "within two weeks" to add with the words "and in case with the candidate for Attorney-Generals-in such time that provision by the Commission on prevention of corruption of the advisory proceeding concerning the candidate established by part 4.1 of this Article was provided", and the same part after the word "statement" - the words "and in case with the candidate for Attorney-Generals-also advisory proceeding provided by the Commission on prevention of corruption".
