About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. In article 26.1 of the Law of June 9, 2017 No. ZR-96 "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law):
"Items 21 and 22" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "Items 20 and 21";
To add 2) with part 5.2 following of content:
"5.2. Studying of respectability of alternate members of the Supreme judicial council, candidates for judges of the Constitutional court, applicants for candidates for judges, the candidates for judges who are subject to promotion includes also studying of legality, financial transparency of activities of person as individual entrepreneur (including person performing lawyer activities), and also the legal entity founded by it or directed by it.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
