According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine", for the purpose of application of international treaties of Ukraine on avoidance of double taxation of the legal entities and physical persons of Ukraine gaining income outside Ukraine and being guided by article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine", I ORDER:

1. Approve the reference confirmation of the status of the tax resident of Ukraine which is attached.

2. Determine that the reference confirmation of the status of the tax resident of Ukraine is issued by the state tax authorities on the location of the legal entity (the residence of physical person) on the form within 10 working days from the moment of provision of the written address to such person.

3. Determine that the state tax authorities on the location of the legal entity (the residence of physical person) in case of provision by such person of the statement for release (reduction) from the taxation of the income from sources in the foreign state or the statement for compensation of already paid taxes on the territories of the foreign state in the forms approved by competent authority of this foreign state on accomplishment of international treaties on avoidance of double taxation in its territory shall confirm the status of the tax resident on these forms with the signature of the chief of the State tax authorities and seal.
