About implementation of the investment project

For the purpose of creation of conditions for implementation of the investment project "The Organization of High Agro-industrial Technology Production of Complete Cycle for 2016-2032" (further - the investment project):

1. Determine that:

1.1. Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation Ltd (further - the pledger) is performed pledge (mortgage) to the Republic of Belarus on behalf of the State committee on property (further - the pawnbroker) property which will be created (is acquired) during implementation of the investment project *, for ensuring obligation fulfillment of the pledger on the attracted Government of the Republic of Belarus on behalf of the Ministry of Finance to soft government credits of People's Republic of China;

1.2. the pledger in two-month time from the date of commissioning of the real estate built during implementation of the investment project ** (from the date of signing of the act of preservation of constructed facilities), addresses for:

state registration of creation of such real estate and emergence of the rights, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to it;

independent market value assessment of this real estate.

Within one month from the date of making of the actions specified in part one of this subitem, the pledger signs with the pawnbroker the agreement of mortgage of the real estate built during implementation of the investment project and the agreement on satisfaction of requirements of the pawnbroker at the expense of the property which is mortgage subject without appeal to the court;

1.3. are assigned to the pledger:

expenses on payment of notarial rate for the notarial certificate of the agreements (agreements) signed with the pawnbroker;

obligation according to the request for state registration of the agreements of mortgage of real estate based on them the rights, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights, the termination of mortgage and also the expenses connected with such registration;

obligation on provision to the pawnbroker of information on the property created (acquired) during implementation of the investment project in the terms defined by the agreement of pledge (mortgage) with the pawnbroker;
