About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2021 No. 280 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization and carrying out ecological assessment"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2021 No. 280 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization and carrying out ecological assessment" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 23809) the following changes:

state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. For the organization of process of identification of possible essential impacts of the planned activities on the environment during environmental impact assessment the initiator of the planned activities submits to authorized body in the field of environmental protection the statement for the planned activities for the form established in appendix 1 to this Instruction.";

state Item 31 in the following edition:

"31. Studying and the description of possible essential impacts of the planned activities on the environment in the course of environmental impact assessment includes preparation of the report on possible impacts. Contents of the report on possible impacts include information which is subject to inclusion in the report on possible impacts taking into account contents of the conclusion about determination of the sphere of scope according to Appendix 2 to this Instruction.";
