About modification of the "Rules of goods placement under special customs procedure of external conversion" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 6, 2014 No. 34

Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:

In the "Rules of goods placement under special customs procedure of external conversion" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 6, 2014 No. 34 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 2, Article 189; 2015, No. 4, Article 454, No. 5, Article 618; 2018, No. 5, Article 1130), at the end of Item 5.2.2 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Item 5.2.3 of the following content:

"5.2.3. to persons who re-exported to the country gold or silver in the form of ingots, coins or granules in case the goods placed under special customs procedure of external conversion were such metals and who according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil" are granted the right to use of natural resources on extraction of minerals concerning such metals.".
