About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2015 No. 13 "About limiting establishment of the maximum rates for services in beam, ultrasonic, functional and endoscopic diagnostics":
state the name in the following edition:
"About limiting establishment of the maximum rates for services in beam and ultrasonic diagnostics";
to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Health and Measures for Implementation of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish limiting maximum rates for services in beam and ultrasonic diagnostics according to appendix.";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2015 No. 14 "About some questions of regulation of rates for paid medical services":
state the name in the following edition:
"On regulation of rates for paid medical services";
* to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 to state the interlinear note in the following edition:

* According to the list of paid medical services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health (in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade), to No. 35 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014.";

in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for paid medical services approved by this resolution:
state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure for establishment and application of rates for paid medical services in the list of paid medical services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health (in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade), rendered by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
2. Regulation of rates for the paid medical services rendered by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to citizens of the Republic of Belarus, and also the foreign citizens who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Belarus if other is not established by legal acts and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, is performed by the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:
2.1. on services in medical examination of the state of health of citizens for receipt of the medical certificate about the state of health confirming the validity to control of hand-operated cars, dental services (orthopedic and dental), on services on beam (including when rendering dental services), ultrasonic and laboratory diagnostics by establishment:
limiting maximum rates;
limiting standard rate of profitability;
limiting maximum allowances;
2.2. on services in functional and endoscopic diagnostics by establishment:
limiting standard rate of profitability;
limiting maximum allowances.";
to exclude from Item 3 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in item 4 of the word "legal acts of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "legal acts";
to exclude from Items 5-8 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in Item 10:
from parts one and the second to exclude the words "Republic of Belarus";

1.3. appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2015 No. 15 "About limiting establishment of the maximum rates for dental services (orthopedic and dental), on services in radiodiagnosis when rendering dental services" to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
1.4. No. 16 "About limiting establishment of the maximum rates for services in laboratory diagnostics" to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2015 (are applied);
1.5. in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2016 No. 3 "About limiting establishment of the maximum rates for services in medical examination of the state of health of citizens for receipt of the medical certificate about the state of health confirming the validity to control of hand-operated cars":
to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Health and Measures for Implementation of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
