About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2017 No. 25

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", paragraphs of third and fourth Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2014 "About approval of lists of services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 130

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2017 No. 25 "About rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services" the following changes:

to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);

in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services approved by this resolution:

add Item 3 with part of the following content:

"Rates are established in appendix to the resolution which approved this Instruction, excluding tax on value added. The value added tax is levied according to the legislation.";

the eighth Item 6 to state part in the following edition:

"For the purposes of this Instruction as night time it is understood:

from September 1 to March 31 - the period from 18:00 till 08:00 local time inclusive;

from April 1 to August 31 - the period from 20:00 till 07:00 local time inclusive.";

third of Item 18 to state part in the following edition:

"In case of determination of the amount of payment the size which is used for calculation of payment for aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of the Republic of Belarus for the corresponding aircraft is considered the size of the maximum take-off mass of the aircraft.";
