The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the list of cases in case of which for construction, reconstruction of linear object does not need preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory, No. 1816 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2020 "About approval of the list of cases in case of which for construction, reconstruction of linear object does not need preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory, the list of cases in case of which for construction, reconstruction of capital construction project does not need receipt of the construction license, modification of the list of types of objects which placement can be performed on the lands or the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property, without provision of the parcels of land and establishment of servitudes, and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 47, of the Art. 7520), the words "no more 0,6" shall be replaced with words "no more 1,2".

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
