1. According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2020 No. PP-4574 "About creation of innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster" Tashkent of Pharm the Park ":
Creation in Kibraysky district of the Tashkent region of the Innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster "The Tashkent pharmaceutical park" (further - the Cluster) and Managements of development of innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster "Tashkent pharmaceutical park" (further - Directorate);
For reference, coordination of activities of Directorate is performed by Agency on development of pharmaceutical industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency).
2. Approve categories on the Single scale of charges of compensation of leading employees and specialists of public institution "Directorate on development of innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster of "Tashkent Pharma Park" according to appendix No. 1*.
3. Agency:
within two weeks to develop and approve structure of Directorate with total limited quantity of managerial personnel of 14 people and the staff list of Directorate;
within a month to take measures for providing Directorate with qualified personnel and creation of necessary conditions for its effective work, including to allocate Directorates necessary funds for forming of fixed assets and material and technical resources.
