About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 46 "About establishment of cost of excise stamp for marking of alcoholic beverages";

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2013 No. 32 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 46";

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2014 No. 6 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 46";

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2016 No. 36 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 46";

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2019 No. 11 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 46".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 21, 2022.
