No. 241 "About approval of the List of types of goods (works, services) in case of which acquisition state-financed organizations and receivers of budgetary funds can make advance payments in sizes more than 15 percent" to add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 24, 2011 with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Implementation of advance payment in the amount of 30 percent is provided in agreements of state-financed organizations and receivers of the budgetary funds concluded on purchase of goods (works, services) at the rate to one billion bags. This procedure does not extend to the goods (works, services) specified in appendix.".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of Kuchkarov D. A. and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ishmetov T. A.
