1. Take into consideration that in the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 in "Year of support of the youth and strengthening of health of the population" approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 3, 2021 No. UP-6155, implementation of the mechanism of issue of permission to implementation of transactions on conversion even in the absence of the foreign customer is provided in requirements of customs regime.

2. For the purpose of simplification of requirements to customs clearance of foreign raw materials and materials since August 1, 2021:

resolve transactions on conversion even in case of absence of the foreign customer in requirements of customs regime;

implement in practice new types of contracts in foreign trade on the export, import, realization and purchase allowing the subject of entrepreneurship to acquire raw materials from abroad, to realize it to any foreign partner after its conversion in the territory of the republic without customs payment;

permit the domestic export organizations to acquire products abroad and to realize it directly to the third countries without import;

implement procedure of monitoring of binding of the contract for import to the contract for export, and also bindings of the contract of purchase to the contract of realization;
