For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2020 No. PP-4936 "About measures for development of social and production infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021-2023", and also accelerations of projects implementation of public-private partnership and determination of procedure for their financing the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Take into consideration that according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About public-private partnership" for the purpose of protection of interests of the private partner and (or) the creditor (creditors) within the agreement on public-private partnership the possibility of provision of the following types of support is determined:

the subsidies including aimed at providing the guaranteed minimum income of the private partner from project implementation of public-private partnership;

deposits in asset type and property, necessary for project implementation of public-private partnership;

the funds of budgets of budget system of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated for payment of consumption or use of certain quantity or part of goods (works, services) made or delivered in implementation process of the project of public-private partnership;

provision of budget advances, loans, grants, credit lines and other types of financing; additional guarantees according to the mutual arrangement for the purpose of ensuring obligation fulfillment by investors;

tax benefits and preferences, and also other privileges;

other guarantees and (or) compensations.
