About further simplification of procedure for realization of the released automotor-vehicles of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan which were in all-civil use
For the purpose of further simplification of procedure for realization of the released automotor-vehicles of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan which were in all-civil use, the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan on realization of the released automotor-vehicles belonging to it (further - automotor-vehicles) which were in all-civil use, to the military personnel, the worker and the employee of the Ministry of Defence by means of holding private auctions (further - private auction).
2. Determine that:
the organizer of the biddings is determined by the Ministry of Defence by selection of the best offers by holding private auction;
the private auction is held according to the relevant order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
in case of not realization of automotor-vehicles on private auction within three months or not receipt of statements for participation in private auction, these automotor-vehicles are exposed in general procedure on the public biddings on E-ijro auksion electronic trading platform;
the procedure for holding private auction is determined by the Ministry of Defence in coordination with Agency on management of the state assets and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time:
in coordination with Agency on management of the state assets and the Ministry of Finance to approve procedure for holding private auction;
together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
