1.1. in Item 2:

state subitem 2.8 in the following edition:

"2.8. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs realizing the goods performing the works rendering services in objects and (or) when implementing types of activity according to appendix 1, shall establish and use payment terminals *, provide including acceptance for payment of bank payment cards of internal payment service provider "BELKART", international payment systems of Visa and MasterCard which issue is performed by banks of the Republic of Belarus, except as specified, established in subitem 2. 9, parts two of subitem 2.10 and subitem 2.11 of this Item;";
