About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 1, 2014 No. 662 "About approval of regulations on departments and territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 1, 2014 No. 662 "About approval of regulations on departments and territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9792) the following changes:

to state Item 6 of the Regulations on Department of police of the city of Nour-Sultan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following edition:

"6. The department concerning the competence of the procedure established by the legislation makes the decisions which are drawn up by orders of the department head and other acts, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

to state Item 6 of the Regulations on Department of police of Akmola area of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following edition:

"6. The department concerning the competence of the procedure established by the legislation makes the decisions which are drawn up by orders of the department head and other acts, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

to state Item 6 of the Regulations on Department of police of the Aktyubinsk region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following edition:

"6. The department concerning the competence of the procedure established by the legislation makes the decisions which are drawn up by orders of the department head and other acts, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

to state Item 6 of the Regulations on Department of police of the city of Almaty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following edition:
