Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 27, 2011 No. 161-FZ "About national payment system" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 27, Art. 3872; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2317; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7524; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4423) following changes:

1) in Article 5:

a) to add part 5 after the words "except for" with words "the money transfer provided by part 5.1 of this Article and";

b) add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. Money transfer on the bank accounts which are part of the single treasurer account open for the Federal Treasury in the Bank of Russia, is performed no more than one working day, the cash write-off following behind day from the bank account of the payer or behind day of provision by the payer of cash for the purpose of money transfer without opening of the bank account in time.";

"Part 5" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 34th Article 15 of the word "parts 5 and 5.1".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since October 1, 2022.
