According to Items 1, 3 parts two of Article 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", part one and the second article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Determine other property which is underlying asset of the derivative contract and which is not withdrawn from civil circulation:

property (personal and real estate, objects of construction in progress);

intangible assets;

property rights on property and intangible assets;

right to claim under agreements concerning property and intangible assets;

the right to conclusion/change/agreement cancelation concerning property, intangible assets and property rights;

right to claim on conclusion/change/agreement cancelation concerning property, intangible assets and property rights.

2. Recognize other indicators which are basic indicators of the derivative contract:

information (any information which is available in public access in visual form which gives the chance to perceive contents of this information by the person, to reproduce this information on paper for unrestricted downloading and copying, to perceive its content in machine-readable format);
